About Our Kansas City Homeschool Academy
Discovery Homeschool Academy began in the year 2000 as a one day a week enrichment program for homeschoolers. We started with 35 students, and have been thankful to watch God grow DHA over the years! We are blessed to be able to serve over 500 families through our 4 KC metro locations and 2 Christian homeschool school drop-off program options. We love serving the Kansas City area homeschool community and partnering with parents in their children's education.

2 HOMESCHOOL DROP-OFF PROGRAM OPTIONS
Academic Program

Mondays & Wednesdays

Qualified teachers work with students on core subjects and provide student assignments that are to be completed at home.

The classroom teacher provides support and partners with parents, but parents are the primary teacher and will determine the final grades for students.
Enrichment Program​

One day a week

Elementary students enjoy rotating to specialty homeschool group classes: PE, Art, Music, Social Studies, Spanish, & STEM.

Pre-K and Kindergarten are self-contained classrooms, and middle school and high school have block scheduling with classes including Art, PE, and more!
